Using enrollments in SmartZoom®

How to create, edit and use enrollments in SmartZoom®

An enrollment is a form that adds a user to an assignment once they fill it out, showing the user content specified in the assignment. This feature needs to be activated separately, if you would like to use it but can't find it in your slide manager, please contact support. The data a user fills in the enrollment can only be viewed in conjunction with a quiz result export.

To use an enrollment you will first need to create an assignment to be used in your enrollment.  A window will open if you add an assignment to a course or folder:

Here you name your enrollment(1), select the assignment you'd like to connect it with(2) and add the form fields (3).

There are three types of fields: text(1), where you can type anything you like,  country(2), which adds a country selection drop-down, and selection(3) where you can create(3a) your own multiple-choice selection. You can add each field type as often as you like (4). Once you've created all the fields, press create(6).

You can always edit the fields or add more later.

Select the created enrollment to rename it (1) change the assignment it is connected to (2), add a description(3), and edit existing(4) or add new fields(4a). Don't forget to save your changes(5).

As mentioned before the data a user fills in the enrollment can only be viewed in conjunction with a quiz result export. If the content the enrollment enables does not contain a quiz, there is no option to view the data the user filled in.

To view the enrollment data navigate to any quiz with the content the enrollment enables and select CSV-Export(2) in the Quiz results(1).

There you can select which enrollment data you'd like to extract with the quiz (1), choose the export type (2) and get the selected data(3).
