How to create and use work groups as a student
Once teachers post individual slides, students have the following options in the right menu: ""My Annotations & notes":
Once you click on a slidebar opens where you can find “My space” (1) and "Work group space" (2)
When selecting the"Work group space" you can either choose an existing group (1) or go to "Manage groups"(2) to edit existing ones or create a new one.
In the "Manage groups" menu you can create a new group by putting in a name and press create (1)
Once you've created your group, or select an existing one you can edit it:
Change the group name(1) delete users from the group(2) or invite new users(3). Please note: every user in the group can edit it but it, and its content, can only be deleted by teachers and administrators.
Within the group space, you can view all the annotations(1) and notes(2) created by the group members and add your own(3).
